1. Printing: Printing colors and patterns on plain grey cloth with a round screen or transfer, with bright colors and rich and delicate patterns.
2. Jacquard: It is a concave and convex pattern composed of warp and weft staggered textile.
Difference Between Printing and Jacquard :
The printed fabric is a flower that is printed after the cloth is woven, and there can be a variety of options;
The jacquard fabric is woven when weaving, and the flower can no longer be selected after the cloth is formed.
3. Embroidery: It is a technique that uses a needle to lead the thread on the fabric that has been processed, punctures it according to the design requirements, and organizes the embroidery thread into various patterns and colors by moving the needle. There are flat embroidery, bead embroidery, towel embroidery, ribbon embroidery, water-soluble yarn and so on.
4. Yarn-dyed: according to the needs of the pattern, the yarn is classified and dyed first, and then interwoven to form a color pattern. Strong color fastness, distinctive yarn-dyed texture, strong three-dimensional sense.
5. Cutting fleece:
6. Flocking: The fiber fluff is glued to the surface of the fabric according to a specific pattern, and the flocking fabric has a strong three-dimensional sense. Because of the sound absorption and moisture absorption functions of fluff, flocking decorative fabrics are widely used in the field of home textiles.
7. Cut flowers:
8. Burnt flower/rotten flower: With polyester as the core, it is coated or blended with cotton, viscose, hemp and other fibers respectively to weave into fabrics. Then, according to their different properties of acid stability, the acid slurry corrodes and carbonizes its acid-resistant fibers (i.e., cotton, viscose, hemp and other fibers) on the above-mentioned fabrics to retain its acid-resistant fiber polyester, so that it becomes a translucent pattern, and this process method is called rotten flower printing. It has the appearance characteristics of novel pattern, light and transparent, prominent pattern, clear outline and smooth feel.
9. Hot stamping/hot silver:
10. Hand-painted: hand-painted with environmentally friendly paint, the pattern is delicate and elegant, both practical and ornamental
11. WRINKLING: DUE TO PROCESS REASONS, THE DOOR WIDTH IS USUALLY NARROWER THAN THE NORMAL DOOR WIDTH, GENERALLY BETWEEN 130CM-135CM.
12. Physical wrinkles: use the different high temperature resistance or shrinkage properties of fibers to form wrinkles in the process of post-processing.
13. Warp knitting: Warp knitting is made of multiple yarns woven in circles along the longitudinal (warpual) sequence of the cloth surface at the same time.
